mIRC is free for users of ScoutLink, see the licence below. We have not put the licence code on this page - you will need to contact a ScoutLink Operator to gain a copy of it.

The following is an extract from a e-mail regarding the registration code.

The Registration details Below are for the exclusive users of ScoutLink.

The details must not be distributed to other users of other networks.

mIRC is Owned and Written by Kharled Mardem-Bey Who has granted ScoutLink Free Use and Registration of the software. The software is warrented and used as an "AS IS" and ScoutLink and The writer of the program and its code cannot be held responsible for and damage the software may cause.
 

The registration can be entered by clicking the 'Help' menu at the top of the mIRC window and then selecting the 'Register' menu item.

Details of the ScoutLink Registration code REMOVED. Contact a ScoutLink Operator for a copy





Do Not Give this code out to anyone unless they have been a regular user of
ScoutLink for at least 2 months.

Please...When you do give it out....Give them the compact License agreement as well.
