Problem with the news.scoutlink.net website
hi,
Not sure where is best to post this, or if it should go to
techteam....so ill spam here :P
If you try to open the website [link] in a web
browser it redirects to [link] and returns a
Object not found! error.
It should, infact redirect to [link] so

AOL sold off AOL UK around the same time they got ejected from
AOLTimeWarner (now TimeWarner)
(I think AOL might be having some financial difficulties)

This was quite a while ago. Some years. Spent hours on the phone with the
AOL Customer support and they were not willing to stop those spamers.
I'll give it a new try. Maybe they've become better :-)

ultra daft question - but how recent were the spam attacks and are
they still going on?

Ouch!
That's one of those I wanted to get blocked as we had several spam incidents
from AOL IP-Ranges. Probably they have a lot of hacked or trojanized
customers.

Im on AOL - my dad pays the bill not me.
My CURRENT hostname/IP is 92.11.186.85 - but i have a dynampic IP.

I had to restrict posting due to spam bots.
What's the IP or ISP you're trying to post from?
