IRC stands for "Internet Relay Chat" and is text based. Not all people using IRC will be using a program to connect that supports everything that IRC can do. So some people may not be able to here the sounds we play and see the colours we use. However, we are the fun channel so we DO use colours and sound effects ScoutLink IRC #Youth is the most fun channel as we have Mainframe and the channel games such as hangman, trivia etc. We also have #youth-uno whih is just for the UNO! game and #youth-kaos which is just for the KAOS game.
