o.k. so there's no sub forum for pasta, and I cant be bothered making one at the moment.

Ive been cooking a bit but dont really follow recipie's nor take photos, I'll take one next time I make this, note this is very basic and easy:P

Look at my suggestions at the bottom:)

What you need:

- 1/2 a Capsican
- Mushrooms (as many as you want)
- Pasta (use as much as you think will serve the amount of people)
- Pasta Sauce (enough to cover pasta)

Step 1: bring water to boil the Pasta takes the longest so get that going first

2) Cut the capiscan and mushrooms up small, and throw all together into frypan, start off on high heat, when starts to go wild turn down, kept stiring as it likes to stick to pan, and watch the oil as it makes lots of smoke from experience:P

3) when capsican looks done (slightly browned) add in your sauce and cook, this is where it starts smelling nice, stir in well till the capsican and mushrooms slightly absorb sauce (it really depends on your taste, you can keep going if you want)

4) when you think its all done, remove pasta, and empty water. Layer your plates with pasta shared equaly, remove the sauce from heat and serve onto pasta and all is done.

My notes.
I tend to use Spiral Pasta, with half of each Red and green capsican

depending of how rich you want your dish use half to a full jar of Pasta sauce (e.g. I used half of a 737g Jar)

This may make no sense but feel free to ask questions, I'll try answer

ok ive been experimenting more with this recipie!

pre cook sausages and chop them into small pieces

when sauce is cooked mix in the sasuages and stir it in. when pasta is done drain pasta and mix pasta into sauce and sausages and vola you have a filling and tasty meal
