forgot to mention - ptopic should be used before !party to set what the topic will be when the party starts, ptopic is remembered between parties.

!ptopic default
will set the channel to the default message about making a mess and roger pays (although we may change that randomly). Default is not case sensative.
Also, if you have %chan in the party topic then %chan is replaced with the channel name (this is because of how the default topic works - its more a side effect than a feature - but we are leaving it in)
