Play a full, 90-minute game of football!
Upside-down!
Blindfolded!
With ear muffs on!
Against a really, really good team!
By himself!

Run for 30 mins a day and then when that gets easy take it up to 60 mins so on and so forth

I think Peter should marry roger-uk....that'll be enough hard work
Or if Peter doesn't want to (or is too scared to) then I think Peter should get over 100 free hugs off people in a well established town near him. He must have a Free Hugs sign and he must wear some sort of silly hat.
