I sent this email to all ScoutLink Ops:

my evil cc just popped onto ScoutLink to check i was behaving - so I
tried to get a gline for him?

anyway long story short it ended up with:

<roger-uk> Now who is going to be daft enough to gline Council Chair
on the word of Peter

So, if your daft enough to gline roger on the word of me

gline on 82.28.249.227 reason of something along the lines of "Peter

I belive someone on the TT has stopped mainframe setting glines

although ive not tried it

also i think Rae-Rae is daft enough to actually LIKE roger - so she might not gline him
